Design ≠ Projection
Design is the creative phase. It includes interior design, visualisation, choice of materials, colours, furniture and lighting. The goal is to create an aesthetic concept that captures the character of the space and the brand.
The design activity is the technical phase. Our designers and architects prepare complete documentation for building authorities, contractors and developers. Design includes:
- architectural and construction documentation,
- professions (wiring, water, air conditioning, heating),
- technical drawings and details,
- coordination with structural engineer, fire assessment, OSH,
- engineering – securing permits, communication with authorities.
Design is about vision, projection is about feasibility.
